Engen LLC has completed the project of a water-heating boiler house for Bashzoloto LLC. During the work on the project, the company's specialists provided the customer with consultations at all stages – from design solutions to recommendations in relation to the layout of the building and selection of equipment. They also helped in taking into account the comments of the non-governmental expert examination of the project. Bidding procedures were held and the Engen company was awarded the contract. After the completion of the bidding part, the company proceeded with the implementation: all components were manufactured and delivered to the site. At the moment, the customer only needs to arrange the connection of the electrical power supply and gas pipeline. After that, the boiler house will be put into operation.
The boiler house is located on the territory of the Vishnevskoye field in the Khaibullinskiy District of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The water-heating boiler house became the first turnkey project that Engen implemented for Bashzoloto. However, the companies had started their cooperation in 2022 with an order for the design of an overhead power line and the construction of the Vishnevka substation. Artemiy Nikolaev, Technical Director of Engen LLC, notes:
“The first two projects were quite complex, but we coped with it and met all the customer's requirements. Everyone was satisfied, and that is why Bashzoloto trusts us with the implementation of new, even more complex projects.”
The Technical Director also notes that the team faced certain difficulties during the design phase, mainly due to the gas limits set by the supplier. Nevertheless, the specialists of the Engen company managed to develop a project that provides the necessary amount of heat to the entire large-scale infrastructure of the Vishnevskoye field without exceeding the limits. As a result, the expert committee approved the project for implementation.
The project of the water-heating boiler house is intended to heat the large-scale infrastructure of the Vishnevskoye field, which includes, besides the mines, a compressor station, office buildings, a mechanical workshop, and dormitories under construction for the company employees. To provide heat for such a vast infrastructure, Engen LLC is planning to install two more boiler houses. Artemiy Nikolaev has reported that the second boiler house will be installed within the next month, and the third one will be installed approximately in June of this year. According to the Technical Director, welding work and connection of the gas pipeline are expected to be completed no later than the end of August.
