ENGEN - Company news

The Engen company has completed the automation project for TP-1 35/10/0.4 kV substation at Tominskiy GOK JSC

In the shortest possible time, the energy company Engen LLC, together with experts from Tavrida ElectriK Ural LLC, has successfully completed the automated process control system project at the step-down transformer substation 35/10/0.4 kV at the mining and processing plant in the village of Tominsky, Chelyabinsk region. This resulted in increased information content and safety of the operation of the facility.

- There has been developed a mimic diagram of the entire substation, including a single-line diagram and displaying information by voltage class (0.4 kV, 10 kV, 35 kV). As a result, remote control of power switches of 10 kV and 35 kV distribution devices has been executed, control of the positions of withdrawable elements and contacts of the main circuits of switching devices has been provided. The mapping of control and alarm signals to the mimic diagram elements in EKRA-SCADA has been done. Measured values such as voltages, currents, power levels, and transformer temperatures have been displayed on the monitors in the central control room. Protection start and automation activation signals required for registration have been added. The representatives of Engen LLC have explained that the quality and safety of the services provided meet the requirements of the state standards, regulations and rules effective in the Russian Federation.
